Chomp’s Rainbow Grilled Cheese To Die.
I have no idea how it happened but somehow I missed a big food trend, the rainbow grilled cheese that first debuted in Hong Kong and then went viral. Even worse, I’m a foodie (obvi) who’s on Twitter enough to discuss Twitter codependence with my therapist. Thank goodness Chomp Eatery, the Donut Fried Chicken Burger DeathbedFood place, invited me in to taste their version called the Unicorn Melt.

The Unicorn Melt is made with unicorn milk (Provolone and White American Cheese) placed inside toasted sourdough. It’s DeathbedFood and only $6. Win-win.

Extra Bonus Tip: While you’re there, even if it’s to pick up a healthy cold-pressed “Peace” juice of apple, beet, spinach, cucumber, kale, celery, romaine, parsley, lemon and ginger, get the Chomp Fries. I swear on a stack of Giada cookbooks that I’ve never seen so much garlic on fries before. Best fries in Los Angeles without doubt.
