Halibut is DeathbedFood ~

Warmed romaine ramps it up.

I have to have halibut whenever possible. Most of the time it’s hard to justify the cost but lately it’s been quite affordable – even Alaskan halibut which is the best. This was really easy to make: marinate in BRANDY first, sauté in olive oil, add caramelized shallots, salt and pepper. Serve on warmed romaine.
