Barefoot Contessa “How Easy Is That?” Cookbook.

February 24, 2021 by Diane Wagner

DeathbedFood Cooks Barefoot | My newest Barefoot cookbook arrives!

In Barefoot Contessa How Easy Is That? Ina proves once again that it doesn’t take complicated techniques, special equipment, or stops at more than one grocery store to make wonderful dishes for your family and friends. Her must-have cookbook is all about saving time and avoiding stress while having fun in the kitchen.

The ‘How Easy Is That?’ cookbook is all about saving time, avoiding stress and having fun in the kitchen. I’m an extraordinarily slow cook (see Ina’s Nick & Toni’s Penna Pasta post, the Betty Crocker Snickerdoodles post and Ina’s Apple Pie Bars post), stressed out about it and not having enough fun because of it. So this cookbook should have my name on it, “How Easy Is That, DeathbedFood?”.

Since this cookbook seems meant for me, I’ve flagged several recipes to try:

Onion & Fennel Soup Gratin

Ultimate Grilled Cheese

Bangers & Mustard Mash

Easy Parmesan Risotto

Spaghetti Aglio & Olio (olive oil)

Old-Fashioned Banana Cake

Chocolate Pudding Cream Tart

New York Egg Cream

Tell me which recipe you think I should make and why!

Traitors!!! Why Shake Shack vs In-N-Out?! Why do I sense it has something to do with 💲💲💲⁉️

I like Shake Shack but it’s Dodgers Stadium!! Can’t we have an iconic Cali burger place there?! They should’ve picked In-N-Out!!
