INK Restaurant Still Has DeathbedFood

March 28, 2015 by Diane Wagner

Caution: Don’t Order Too Much At INK

It’s great to see that an of-the-moment-restaurant like INK can stay that way. I wrote about DeathbedFood at INK a few years ago and they’ve still got it. My only tip: try not to order everything on the menu like I tend to do. Order too many dishes and you won’t be able to truly appreciate each one. It’s like going to the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa but visiting Versailles for a full tour on the same day. You’d get maybe a 2-minute peek of the smile, if that. Better to order less and then return to INK more often. If (no, when) you go, make sure you check out a few of my favorite things – beets, octopus, sea bass and polenta. xoxo.
