Rachel Beller Soups It Up On Rachael Ray.
Baby, it’s cold out there. Here in Marin County it was a high of 60 degrees with drizzle and a little breeze. I realize the bomb cyclone is going on across the Midwest and entire East Coast. But having lived in Los Angeles for decades, this is cold.
That’s why I was inspired to make chicken soup today and pull up a recipe from my go-to soup book, Rachel Beller’s ‘POWER SOUPING’.
You may have seen celebrity nutritionist Rachel on one of many shows including The Biggest Loser, Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Dr. Oz Show, The Rachael Ray Show, CNN, and ABC World News Tonight. Most important to me is that she was MY nutritionist a few years back and got me to finally eat veggies.
Rachel calls her recipe “Mama Beller’s Chicken Soup” after herself – she’s a mother to FOUR kids. This version was passed down from her own mama.
