Terrine’s Burger is DeathbedFood

Terrine Brunch Has Burgers, Truffle and Foie. Oh My.

I’ve had many dalliances with Terrine, brunch and many dinners. This was my second Terrine brunch and the first time I tried their buzzed-about burger which is DeathbedFood!

The Terrine burger is in-house ground brisket with truffle butter inside the patty, truffle brie, cured tomato – topped with foie gras. It must have an illicit ingredient but I could be wrong on that. I also inhaled the Summer Corn & Shrimp Pancake, egg on top. Think Korean Vegetable Pancake meets the Deep South.

Conclusion: If you’re obsessed with burgers and you’re in LA, you know where you must go now.
