He was one of the founders of California cuisine, mentored by Wolfgang Puck and Alice Waters, and co-owner / Executive Chef at LA’s landmark Campanile for over 20 years. Plus, as required for a celebrity chef, he’s done many stints on shows like Knife Fight, Hell’s Kitchen and Top Chef.
