Marcel Vigneron Lusts Over Crab & Cocktails.

You may know Marcel Vigneron as a celebrity chef from TV. He was runner-up on the second season of Top Chef and has also been on Iron Chef, Food Fighters and Chopped “Celebrity Chef Charity Version” among other food shows.

But Marcel doesn’t just play a chef on TV. He’s the real deal with serious culinary chops from having worked with giants like Ferran Adria of El Bulli, Joel Robuchon, Michael Mina and Jose Andrews. He is now the Owner & Executive Chef at WOLF in Los Angeles.

I met Marcel a few years ago at a charity event in Beverly Hills. In this exclusive DeathbedFood® video interview shot in 2011, Marcel details why crab would be his choice for a DeathbedFood meal which he’d pair with a very special cocktail he first enjoyed at The Zig Zag Bar in Seattle.
